There's going to be a festival called "Matsuri Tsukuba" in Tsukuba (Ibaraki prefecture).
You can enjoy "nebuta" a traditional display on wheels traveling through the streets.
Nebuta is originally a festival in Aomori prefecture (Northern part of Japan), you can still feel how the original is like watching the one in Tsukuba too!!
